Dunham and Obama Sr. separate, and divorce in 1964. Ann met Barack as a student at the University of Hawaii. |
1967-1971 |
Obama
moves to Jakarta, Indonesia with his mother Ann Dunham and his
step-father Lolo Soetoro. |
1971 |
Obama
moves back to Hawaii and lives with maternal grandparents. Ann returns
to Hawaii from 1972-1977. |

attends Punahou School in Honolulu from the fifth grade to his High
