trip in Ottawa, Canada on February 19, 2009 and again in Europe in early April at the G20 Summit in London and the NATO
conference in Strasbourg, France. President Obama met with PM Harper on the evening of Friday, April 17th and again on
the morning of Saturday, April 18th prior to attending the second day of the American summit. When asked by reporters
what Obama discussed with PM Harper, President Obama said he gets a lot of "good tips" from Canada.
