Romney Vs. Obama – Which Candidate Does Blue Collar Americans Dislike More?

Even though Newt Gingrich won in South Carolina, it will do little to stop the fact that Republicans might give Mitt Romney the nod to face Obama in the Presidential elections this year. The first is a rich banker while the other is academically-inclined ‘socialist’ who is not necessarily in favor with the white working class.

So, who will blue collar Americans dislike more when it is time to vote in November?

As it’s been made clear that Romney is truly clueless when it comes to the day-to-day issues that the middle class struggles, thanks to his exploits over the year. Obama, on the other hand, has been classified as a liberal and cultural elitist who has no qualms about catering to lazy minorities.

So it’s pretty clear that neither candidate in the Presidential race is really in touch with the common man. How this will affect the results of November elections remains to be seen as the blue collar population is a large one, considering how these candidates are placed.

What experts reveal is that no matter how elitists Obama may be, it seems more likely that blue collar Americans might not necessarily backing the Republican candidate. Much will also depend on how the President is represented by Republicans as the buildup to the Presidential elections get underway.

However, there is another school of thought that prevails considering the two candidates in the field – an independent candidate that will leave the Republican Party.
